Application notes: Klüberfluid DHL 2-2100 is applied in a vacuum immersion process to fill the pores of sintered metal plain bearings. Avoid filtering through very fine mesh sizes. We recommend stirring the immersion bath before starting the impregnation process. To extend the service life of sintered metal bearings, MIKROZELLA GTK 055, a ready-to-use product, can be applied around the bearing by fully automatic conventional metering systems.
